Details:
Capture 3% and 4% AHI and ODI values in a single WatchPAT report.
-
Itamar introduced new functionality that captures both 3% and 4% AHI and ODI values after the analysis.
-
If the scoring rule is set to 3%, the report will have AHI 3% and ODI 3% indices for REM, NREM and, all-night. AHI 4% and ODI 4% can be utilized for all-night only.
-
Somnoware will be capturing these values in our database thus enabling physicians to use such data in their narrative (interpretation) reports, etc.
-
If the analysis is conducted using 4%, the report will only include 4% values.
-
The supported versions of WatchPAT Device Interface include versions 5.1.77.7 and above.
Capture the monitoring device info (Modem or Card) from Airview
-
Due to global supply chain and production constraints, ResMed currently ships PAP devices with SD cards only. Somnoware captures the machine’s method of data transmission from Airview and tags the patients as either PAP-Modem or PAP-No Modem.
-
Patients tagged as PAP-No Modem can be excluded from the low usage rules in Care Management.
-
Somnoware will not capture this information (Modem or SD card) if the PAP setup is completed from within Somnoware’s platform. This capability will be included in the upcoming release.
-
Somnoware will not capture this data for all patients, only those who will be set up going forward. This data will be queried from Airview and populated within Somnoware.
Displaying the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) score in the patient profile and saving ISI values in Somnoware’s database for use in interpretation reports, research, etc.
-
Somnoware automatically calculates the total score for questionnaires such as ESS, ISI, STOP, etc. We have added a new field in the patient profile within the Clinical Information tab to save and display the patient’s ISI score.
-
Also, the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) has been added to Somnoware’s database to be captured in physician interpretation reports.
Column sorting by Study Date and Interpreting Physician in Study Manager
- Sort by the Study date and Interpreting Physician columns in Study manager.
Added serial number column in study manager for HST
-
Added a new column for Serial Number in the Study manager for HSAT devices. Device serial numbers are now readily visible from the main view.
-
The column can be added or hidden from the configuration panel in the Study Manager.
Check-in sleep studies with corrupted or low-quality data directly from the scheduler sorting by Study Date and Interpreting Physician in Study Manager
-
Implemented an option to check in a device as corrupted data/device not used from the scheduler (web).
-
This option is available for pending check-in schedules.
-
Open the schedule sidebar and click on the secondary actions (meatball menu), select the option to Check-in as bad data.
Retention and archival of completed questionnaires for rescheduled appointments/studies and appointment/study type changes.
- Completed patient questionnaires are now retained and stored within the patient profile after the rescheduling of an appointment or a change in appointment type occurs. This eliminates the need for patients to redo questionnaires and forms after an appointment change. Questionnaires will still be reassigned when the appointment change occurs, however, patients can disregard the subsequent notification.
New Invoice Location field in the patient profile for tracking internal invoices
- A new field for Invoice Location has been added and released within the Clinical Information section of the patient profile.
- The Invoice Location can be added against a facility from the database.
- The Invoice Location will also be captured in the billing module and can be exported as needed.
Export Patient List added to the cancellation call list from the scheduler.
- All patients added to the cancellation call list can be tracked and exported to management reports to track scheduling operations and efficiency.
- Cancellation call list patients can also be exported from the Schedule Log HST/ Schedule Log AST through the Reports module.
Add Referred facility name in study log export for Dropship locations
- A new field has been added to capture Referred Facility names for locations that ship HSAT devices. This field can be included in the Study Log report.
