New features released in Somnoware in addition to the continuous optimization of existing capabilities and performance improvements:

Mark as STAT for group appointment

• Feature added - Mark as STAT in group appointments. Clicking on the group appointment opens a side bar menu with list of patients added under this group. Select the patients that need to be send to drop ship.

• Enter the description and click on the submit button.
  

Updated Policy document in login page and help center

Updated the Somnoware Policy document in login page and help center.

Updated time, date, IP address stamp in signature in finalized reports 

For workflows where a physician report preparer (PRP) prepares an interpretation for a physician’s review, when the physician does not make edits and signs the report, the time, date, and IP address under the electronic signature included the date, time, and IP address from when the report was prepared or last edited by the PRP. This occurred only on PDF reports and did not impact the time, date, and IP addresses sent via HL7 integration. The time, date, and IP address stamp has been updated so that moving forward, it reflects the time, date, and IP address from when the interpreting physician signs the report. Records prior to the July 17, 2024, release will not be retroactively updated.

Configure Web scorer workflow with SDI

Users can enable web scorer workflow from the region setting.

1. Click on the region and access the feature tab.
2. Select the web scorer Workflow tab click on edit, enable scorer workflow, and save.

Note: This option is available to support users, but the functionality will only be enabled once the Sleepware plugin is integrated.

Configure SDI AST workflow

Users can enable SDI AST workflow from facility settings.

• Click the SDI AST checkbox to enable the SDI AST workflow.

Option to add a patient tag from the region

We can add a patient tag from the region settings.

• Click "Add New Tag," enter the new tag name, and click "Add Tag" to save.

• If the "Allow to be added" and "Allow to be removed" options are checked, the patient tag is considered generic.
• If either one of the options is checked, or if neither option is checked, the tags are considered system tags.

Cleanup Job for Studies in PSG Backup

• The maximum number of days temporary files are retained, is set to 30 days.
• The maximum number of days backup files are retained, is set to 90 days.
• Cleanup operations are performed, is set to 24 hours.

Note: This is configured on the view psg servers.

Change the device name from NightOwl Mini to NightOwl

We have updated the device name from NightOwl Mini to NightOwl.

Header update in the Generate order, Setup PAP & Supplies pop-ups

1. The headers in the "Generate Order," "Setup PAP," and "Supplies" pop-ups have been updated to include patient contact information.
2. Users can now edit this information directly by clicking the pen icon. Additionally, users have the ability to update the patient’s email and SMS consent status within these pop-ups.
   
   

New Option to View Setup Sheet PDF from DME Portal and Patient Chart

We have introduced a new feature that allows users to view the Setup Sheet PDF directly from the DME portal and the patient chart.

1. In the DME Manager: Navigate to the "Setup Completed" status bucket. Hover over the order, click the three horizontal dots menu, and select "View Setup Sheet" to open the Setup Sheet PDF.
   
   
2. In the Patient Profile: Go to the "Orders and Appointments" tab. Under "DME Orders," click the three horizontal dots menu and select "View Setup Sheet" to open the Setup Sheet PDF.

New Impression Statement Based on Alternate AHI Value

We have added an additional Impression statement in Physician Preferences, based on the Alternate AHI value captured in Somnoware.

1. In the “Parameters” tab, logic has been added for the Alternate AHI value.
   
2. In the “Impression” section under the Report Builder tab, new statements have been included based on the Alternate AHI value.
   
   Users can enable these statements to be printed in the report. Physicians also have the option to manually add this Impression statement to the interpretation report.

Option to add study modifier

Users can add study modifiers from region settings under features.

1. Click on Add Study modifier from the study modifier tab.
2. Select the study type against which the modifier needs to be configured.
3. Add modifier name user modifier field.
4. Add a modifier category (Addon/Modifier).

Users can add descriptions under the description field and save the modifiers.

Note: Support users will have access to this module to add modifiers.
