Details
Spell check and grammar check tool in the Interpretation edit page
- We have implemented a spell check and grammar check feature on the Interpretation Edit page.
- This functionality will be enabled by default.
- A blue line will indicate a grammatical error, while a red line will indicate a spelling error.
- Clicking on a word or sentence will display the suggested correction.
Facility Listing In Configuration Page
Region: The facility listing page now displays the Region information prominently at the top.
Alphabetical Facility Sorting: Within the region, facilities are now listed in alphabetical order. This change enhances the overall user experience by streamlining the search process and making it easier for users to locate specific facilities.
WatchPAT- Arrhythmia workflow
- Arrhythmia Detection is available for activation on WatchPAT devices and is exclusively compatible with version 5.3.81 or subsequent releases of the PAT Interface.
- The Arrhythmia Detection flag can be enabled at the facility level.
- Users can access the flag from Settings->Facilities->HST Administration->WatchPAT->Set Default Value->Detect Arrhythmia.
- Once the flag is enabled against a device type in the Facility, the flag will be passed on to SDI while checking out the device which will use the flag at the time of analysis of the study for all PAT devices..
- New data points were captured with the Arrhythmia detection workflow.
- AFibTotalInSleep
- AFibLongestDurationInSleep
- PBPerMin
- ValidArrhytmiaSleep
- Arrhythmia detection can be enabled from the SDI guided panel from the secondary options list.
WatchPAT- Pacemaker workflow
- The pacemaker is a patient-level flag that can be added against the patient while adding a new patient under the clinical info section.
- When the pacemaker flag is enabled for a patient, an auto-generated pacemaker tag will be added against the patient.
- Pacemaker flag can be Enabled/Disabled from Patient Profile-> Clinical information-> More information-> Patient uses Pacemaker.
- If the flag is enabled from the patient’s profile, the same will reflect on the checkout screen. A user can enable the flag from the checkout screen as well.
- The flag will be passed on to SDI while checking out the device and will use the flag at the time of analysis of the study for PAT devices (PAT200,300).
- The pacemaker flag can also be enabled from the SDI-guided panel from the secondary options list.
DME portal- Document request feature
We have implemented a Document Request feature in the DME portal, allowing DME providers to request missing documents or patient details from the sleep lab. Here is the workflow:
- For the DME provider, there is an option to initiate a "Document Request" from the right sidebar on the order view page.
- Clicking the "Document Request" option allows users to select a reason, add notes (if required), upload files (if required), and click the "Request" button at the bottom.
- This action adds an entry to the “Document Request” bucket on the left side (with a Pending status).
- Sleep lab users can open orders from the “Pending” bucket (under Document Request status) and review the DME provider's request.
- The lab manager can then take the necessary steps and return the document request, moving the order to the Document Request “Returned” bucket.
- DME providers can check the Returned bucket to see if their needs are met and then “Accept” it. Clicking “Accept” removes the order from the Document Request Returned status.
Note: The actual order status will not change during this process.
