Edit order feature for DME provider

We are excited to introduce a new feature in Somnoware that empowers DME providers to efficiently manage prescriptions through the editing and signature process. Here's what you need to know:

Feature Overview:

Now, DME providers can seamlessly edit prescriptions and send them back to sleep labs for necessary signatures.

How It Works:

• Editing Prescriptions:
  • Upon opening an order, DME providers will find an "Edit Order" button.
  • Clicking this button triggers a pop-up window where providers can modify device or supplies details as needed. Changes can then be saved.
    
• Generating New Prescriptions:
• • Upon saving edits, a new prescription in PDF format is automatically generated.
  • The newly generated prescription is moved to the "Pending Document Request" bucket for further processing.

• Pending Signature for Somnoware Physicians:
  • If the ordering physician is a Somnoware user, a copy of the edited order appears in the "Pending Signature" bucket.
  • This enables physicians to conveniently review and sign off on these orders upon login.

• Document Request Tagging:
  • To streamline order management, a document request tag is added to these edited orders. This facilitates easy identification by users.
• Completing Order Process:
  • Once the physician signs the prescription, the order is transitioned to the "Returned" bucket under Document Requests.
  • This allows DME providers to finalize the order process efficiently.
  • In cases where the ordering physician is not a Somnoware user, lab managers can return the document request from the pending bucket.
  • Manual signature and approval from the ordering physician can be obtained, ensuring seamless completion of the process.

With this enhanced edit order feature, DME providers can now navigate the prescription editing and signature process with ease, fostering efficiency and collaboration across sleep labs and healthcare providers.

Unregister the PATONE device from the WatchPAT cloud along with the NO SHOW workflow.

• The user clicks on the No Show button from the scheduler (Device Initialized schedules).
• The device serial number will be released from Somnoware and WatchPAT cloud.
  

Add insurance pre-auth column to report export from the scheduled patient list page.

• Insurance Preauth columns (Preauth Number, Start Date, End Date, CPT Code, and Status) will be shown in the exported file from the Scheduled patient list page.
