Details
Allowing Addition of Hyphen in MRN
Users will now have the ability to include hyphens when inputting or viewing MRNs.
Improved Readability: The addition of hyphens improves the readability and organization of MRNs, making them easier to comprehend and transcribe accurately.
Consistency: This update promotes consistency in MRN formatting, aligning with industry standards and facilitating seamless integration with external systems and processes.
Patient Letter Configuration
In Configuration → Facilities → Patient Communication, select the option patient letter.
This would allow the user to configure patient letters.
Updates to the PDF Viewing Experience on the Order Viewing Page
In response to user feedback, we've addressed several usability concerns related to accessing DME prescriptions and other documents within the Order Viewing page. These enhancements are implemented in this latest release.
- Navigate to the “View order” page from the DME portal.
- Now, when users click on the folder name located in the left pane, the associated PDF document will open automatically for seamless viewing.
- Additionally, clicking on a folder will now trigger the display of the most recent PDF contained within that folder, streamlining the viewing process for users.
Display Content Control Names in Report Builder
In response to user feedback, we've introduced a feature enabling users to view the actual content control (dropdown) name within the report builder. Previously, only the default value name was displayed when trying to identify the actual content control name after it was added to the report.
- Navigate to Physician Preferences and select "Custom Builder."
- From the right sidebar, create a content control (dropdown) and add it to the report.
- The report template will now display the actual content control name, facilitating clarity and ease of use.
Introducing Email Notifications for DME Providers
We're excited to introduce a new email notification feature. This functionality is designed to streamline communication by automatically sending email notifications to DME users upon order receipt or document request return.
- Navigate to the "Configuration" module.
- Select the "System Communication" tab.
- Under the "Communication Mode" accordion, enable email notification.
- Customize email alerts for various trigger points:
- On new order
- On order cancel
- On document request return
- Specify users who should receive notifications for each trigger point.
With this feature, staying informed about order status updates and document requests is now more convenient and efficient for DME providers.
